The electronic level controller
with 2 sensors will automate aquarium water top off. Since
safety is our number one concern, we include two float switch
sensors with our electronic water level controller. The first
float switch sensor triggers the feed pump (sold separately) to
maintain the desire water level. The second float switch sensor
ensures dependability and offers overflow protection. Our water
level controller can also be used to protect pump from running
dry. It can be utilized in three ways :
1.In this mode the power supply will turn on if the water level
in the sump is low AND there is enough water in the storage
tank. The power supply will turn off if the water level in the
sump is high AND there is not enough water in the storage tank.

With this set up the power supply will turn on as soon as the
water level in the sump drops below the set level. The power
supply will turn off if the water level in the sump is high the
set level.

2. The power supply will turn on when the level falls below the
minimal level of float sensor1 and will turn off when water
rises the set point of the flow sensor1. The float sensor2 acts
as a backup sensor in the event the float sensor1 is stuck. The
level controller will not allow the power supply to turn on if
the water level in the sump reaches the maximum level of float
sensor2.

3. Immerse the sensor1 and sensor2 in the measured solution
(sump).With this set up the power supply will turn on when both
sensors detected that the water level is below the minimum level
and stop only when the water rises the maximum level of both
sensor.

The instrument is a combined control instrument of a reverse osmosis
controller and an on-line conductivity instrument. It can perform
the operation test, status control and on-line monitoring of water
quality conductivity (combining PLC controller and conductivity
meter). It takes multiple anti-interference measures, adopts unique
process flow and graphical control panel with LED indicator lamp
embedded, the interface is friendly; menu-driven operation is used,
multiple groups of parameters can be set and modified, the
requirements of automatic operation are met.

1 General
RO-2008 controller combines the typical
operation modes of various medium and small reverse osmosis systems,
adopts high-performance computer chip and takes multiple reliability

control panel visually displays the operation status of the system
by visual flow chart with LED Indicator embedded. RO controller

Main functions
NO water protection |
The protection can be used
for monitoring the raw water status. The controller
will stop the systems running to protect the controller
from damage when there is no raw water supply (Low water
level in Storage Tank, therefore, low pressure in
pipeline). At the meaning time, the LOW FEED PRESS
indicator is bright, the buzzer buzzing, and then the
controller will continue to check the NO WATER SWITCH
until water supply return to normal. And then reboot
the systems. |

Low pressure protection |
The controller will stop all the RO
system temporarily if system under low pressure when
pretreatment was flushing, filter was block. At the same
time, LOW PRESS indicator is bright, the buzzer buzzing.
Then the systems will keep testing the Low pressure.
The system will return to work in one
minute after pressure return to normal.
The above process will be come again if keep in low
pressure. There are three times start up for the
systems, if all failed, the system will be locked. At
the same time, the indicators keep warning. Please
press reboot to release the lock.

High pressure protection
|
If the systems under High-pressure protection, if
over-pressure, the controller will close all the RO
system automatically. At the meanwhile, HIGH PRESS
indicator is bright, the buzzer buzzing. The system
will start to run in one minute after over-pressure
released. If the system keeps in over-pressure, the
protection will continue. There are three times Star-up
under High pressure program; the systems will be locked
after three times failed! If the system do not need
High-pressure protection, please short circuit this
terminal (COM1+HP) |

The controller will start
the RO produce water when Pure water tank in the low
level (of pretreatment). The controller will finish
membrane flushing when the Tank is in high level, and
then standby automatically. |
